Change Over Service
Holiday home cleaning in Scarborough and its surrounding areas, is a service we provide. We will work to your bookings. On a change over day we will have your property totally cleaned throughout, a complete change of bed linen, fresh towels laid out and any other items you may wish to provide, such as bath robes and tea towels. We will also place sundry items and welcome packs out if required, please discuss your requirements with us.
Laundry Service
We also provide a complete laundry service. The used laundry can be taken away, counted and sent to be washed, pressed and returned to ourselves. For this service please ask us for details.
If your property is occupied for two weeks it can be arranged for a full laundry changeover to be carried out. For this we would strip and remake beds and provide fresh towels mid way through their occupancy.
Holiday Home Management
Whilst carrying out the changeover we are constantly looking for faults that may have occurred during occupancy. For example these can range from a light bulb that requires changing to the heating failing. We have at our disposal trades men that can be called if required, these include electricians, joiners, a heating engineer and a plumber.
